When Copying Promotes Learning

When my very talented photographer friend Neil Peters (Tucson, Arizona) showed me his rendition of this image, I knew I wanted to try it. Copying the ideas of others is a good way to learn photography, lighting and post processing. Just be sure to not to take sole credit. Neil made no claims that this was his idea; he in turn saw it somewhere else and decided to try it for himself. Pasting images onto wine bottles, televisions and computer monitors is nothing new - but this was a slightly different take. Here is my version:

Priscilla Martin.

Priscilla Martin.

Thanks to Priscilla Martin (Singapore) for being such a fabulous model. Also, I wanted to thank my four uncredited hand models.
